When you are ready to send us your media for recovery, please follow these instructions:

• If sending by courier or postal service, pack the media carefully in a sturdy foam-lined carton box for shipment to us. Secure the box with reinforced tape so it doesnt get damaged during delivery.

• If your media is large and heavy, we recommend it best if you can bring it to our office in person to risk damage, otherwise use a courier so it arrives to us as soon as possible.

• Mark your package with your full contact details, and also the Job reference number (if applicable).
